Check out our tech in the video.
With Brand Backie, you can effortlessly create 14 days' worth of social media posts in just 5 minutes.
I'm preparing to generate promotional creatives for a health and beauty products company, focusing on one of their main products – Face Cream.
To begin, I log into my Brand Backie account and navigate to the Creatives section. From there, I select 'Create New Creative’.
Alternatively, if I'm working with a specific client, I can manage their Creatives by logging into their account area. To do this, I go to Clients, then Manage Client. From there, I log into the respective client's account and begin creating.
For the purpose of this demonstration however, I'll be starting the process from the Agency level. So, I’m navigating to the Creatives section and selecting 'Create New Creative’.
In the next window I have to fill in all these fields. Let’s fill in the field called Creative Title first (this is just for your own reference).
Then let’s enter our ad topic. As I want to generate promotional creatives for a face cream, my "Ad Topic" here will be "Face Cream."
But you can write an ad topic here that best suits your specific needs.
If you have more than one client, select the correct client.
Then, choose the language. English UK is the default.
Now, pick the mode - Selective or Random.
If you choose Selective, the system will generate several creatives based on one main template. If you choose Random, the system will generate each artwork using a unique template.
I'm opting for Selective to generate multiple creatives based on one main template, which is what I prefer for this example.
Next, choose the specific template for your creative. I've selected the one that I like the best. Now, click on Continue.
Next, add an image here. As you can see, many images have been pre-populated. If you can't find a suitable image, enter a keyword in the search bar, click search, and a different set of images will appear for you to choose from.
Once you have selected the image, you must crop it as needed.
Here as you can see the first creative is taking shape in the studio area.
On the left, you can change the text. The AI has generated some suggestions for you. You can regenerate to see more versions of the text suggestions, or you can write your own text. I'm keeping it simple by choosing an AI suggestion. First I’m choosing the ad headline text, then the main title, next the subtitle. Lastly, I’m including the button text, which is my call to action. You can stick with the default "Book a call" or insert your website link or any other text of your choice.
Now, choose the logo of your client.
In the previous video, we covered how to add logos for each client. Here, you can see three different logos already as it's possible to add multiple logos for each client. This flexibility is useful - for a dark creative, a light version logo can be used, and for a light design – a dark logo.
In this instance, I'm opting for the light logo.
Notice the yellow accents in this design. When we onboarded this client, their branding palette included yellow. Brand Backie automatically incorporated this colour into the design.
Since I'm using the light logo (which is white), I want to replace the yellow accents with white.
To adjust the colours, you can use these two colour panels.
On the left side, you can adjust the text colours, while on the right, you control design element colours. Let's now make these colour adjustments.
Once satisfied with the changes, I'll click on Continue.
Now, choose how many creatives you want the system to generate. In this batch I'm choosing to generate 7 creatives.
As you can see, Brand Backie has successfully generated seven creatives. If you still think something in any of the creatives should be changed, you can click on Edit here to make more adjustments.
Initially I planned to generate 14 creatives. The reason I started with 7 is so that I can come up with a neat Instagram wall using 2 sets of slightly different creatives. To achieve this, I'll now repeat the process for the next 7 creatives, using different templates and colours. Now, that these 2 sets are ready, my next step is to Merge them. To do this, I click on the checkboxes here beside each set. And finally, let’s click on Merge. Here keep this setting to “1 by 1” and click Continue. Finally, let’s click on "View Campaign" to see the collage of the 14 creatives and how they will look on the Instagram wall. It looks quite nice, doesn’t it?
And there you have it! This is how you can very quickly generate many creatives for your social media clients.
In the next video, I'll show you how to quickly generate catchy captions for each post using Brand Backie AI and how to schedule these finalised posts for automatic posting on your clients' social media platforms.
